To encourage and demonstrate the simplicity of culture concerning health principles and spiritual sciences on a movement, which insists on the fundamental phenomena of life - a real prospectus for every religious enthusiast irrespective of colour, Creed or race.

 To organise meetings and arrange lectures on health and life's basic principles.

To form an international league of religions (a sound shelter for all theists, atheists, sceptics etc.) for the promotion of unselfish spiritual unity and co-operation and not denominational conflict.

 To print, publish and distribute books and pamphlets in order to further the objectives of the Organisation.

 To practice, preach, perform and testify the real element of religion (yoga and meditation)

 To approve all predictions on the basis of truth and love which is a thorough treatise for the dedication of gentleness, patience, universality of culture and rationalism consistent with all religions.

 To establish branches, charitable institutions, schools etc. for the imparting vernacular education and culture in general.
